 flop binoculars created as part of an introductory course in industrial design, we were asked to design a means of evidence, a flop built from a place of clean and meticulous design, with a mindset on the person who will use the product.

Concept

These binoculars were designed with a desire to create a surprise element.
Unlike other binoculars (most often the lens cap is attached to  
the binoculars with a wire) the binoculars I designed   blend with the user, that can open the lense with a intuitive head gesture. In terms of binocular design it was important for me to maintain a basic, clean true and known form of the binoculars that is mainly driven from from optics
